THE AGILE LEADERSHIP CALENDAR FOR SIEMENS AG
How do you firmly anchor a change in leadership in the thinking and actions of managers? This can only be achieved in the long term if they are encouraged to rethink and try things out. In this way, new perspectives on their own leadership behavior are also firmly adopted into their behavioral repertoire. To support this internal change communication, Siemens AG enlisted DYADIC as a partner.
As part of the Leadership Channel, we implemented a calendar that filled 52 weeks of change with 52 challenges. These ranged from helpful communication tips to stress management.
Across the Group, the calendar became the “talk of the town”. As a result, other departments reordered the calendar from DYADIC. Our highlight: An employee took the challenge “expressing gratitude” seriously, found out who designed the calendar and wrote DYADIC personally to thank them.
