Launch communication for REHAU: sustainability that goes deep

STARTING POINT

More and more municipalities and construction companies are focusing on sustainable solutions. With this in mind, REHAU – a leading supplier of plastic products for the construction, automotive; and industrial sectors – has developed a new sustainable wastewater system. The use of high-quality recycled polypropylene is just one aspect of the value chain for which REHAU aims to achieve 100% carbon neutrality. The innovation was presented for the first time at the environmental trade fair IFAT 2024 – supported by DYADIC as agency partner.

SOLUTION

Together, we created an integrated communication package consisting of (audio-)visual and print media. Always prominently visible: the striking leitmotif of a “footprint” on a construction site. Together with the claim „Kleiner Schritt, nachhaltige Wirkung“ (“Small step, lasting effect”) it creates space for stories. These are told, for example, in the product film, which takes the viewer on a journey through production facilities and construction sites. All the information is summarized on the landing page, where, among other things, the CO2 balance of a construction project can be calculated live.

RESULT

With the launch, REHAU underlined its role as an enabler of sustainable building and civil engineering solutions – in line with its own claim of sustainable products, values, and customer relationships. DYADIC’s creative approach gave the topic lightness and experiential value – and thus helped to raise interest not only among municipal experts who are already pursuing sustainable construction as a goal.
