At our B2B advertising agency, we place a high value on a positive and supportive work environment that fosters both the personal and professional development of our employees. We are therefore very happy to welcome Anne-Marie to our People & Culture department. To get started, we asked her three questions to learn more about her vision and expectations in her new role.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role in People & Culture at DYADIC?

I'm really looking forward to the wide range of topics that I can address in my new role. Whether it's talent management, employer branding, personal development or well-being – the varied tasks make everyday life super exciting. Together with the team, I want to generate new ideas to create an environment and atmosphere in which everyone can develop and feel comfortable.”

How would you like to shape the area of training and development in our agency?

My goal is to create customized development concepts for our employees that specifically promote both professional and personal skills. Especially in the area of AI, various learning formats and training courses are planned to ensure that our team acquires the necessary skills for their daily tasks and continues to develop.”

What is particularly important to you in a good working environment? What makes a good working environment for you?

For me, a harmonious team, mutual appreciation and respect are the hallmarks of a good working environment. It is important to me that people in the team get on well, are willing to listen to each other and can laugh together. A well-equipped workplace and pleasant office premises are also part of a good working environment for me.”
