VACANCIES: Trainee Copywriter (M/F/D)

Do you have the skills to write cross-media copy and develop strong ideas for different channels?  Do you want to realize creative and strategic campaigns for exciting B2B clients from industry, technology and IT? Then we are looking for you to join our text and concept team! As part of a 12-month trainee program, we will turn you into a copywriting expert.


  • You write and edit texts in close collaboration with the creative team, share your conceptual thoughts with the team and support the development of dramaturgy and communication strategy
  • You will be involved in projects, pitches and campaigns, either independently or as part of a team, depending on the size of the project
  • You conceptualize and write on technical topics in the fields of healthcare, industry and IT
    You create text concepts and content for digital and traditional media, whether whitepaper, storyboard, technical article, longcopy, website, social media channel, newsletter or editorial plan
  • You develop content strategies for various online and offline channels

  • You have a university degree, preferably with a focus on journalism, communications or media science, or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an agency or editorial department
  • Your creativity allows you to surprise with innovative ideas and headlines that create a high level of emotionality on all channels.
  • You have strong text and formulation skills in German and English and like to present with confidence
  • An independent and careful way of working is standard for you
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and a willingness to perform is a matter of course for you
