VACANCIES: Working student for AI-driven process optimization & project management (M/F/D)

Do you want to do more than just talk about AI, do you want to show exactly how it saves time and streamlines processes in day-to-day agency work?

Then you’ve come to the right place.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will work with our teams to analyze daily processes in client consulting and project management and document current workflows (e.g., preparing proposals, briefings, coordination, and reporting).
  • You identify manual, repetitive tasks and come up with ideas for how AI tools and automation can streamline or take over these tasks.
  • You will evaluate and test suitable AI solutions (e.g., for text generation, summarization, research, standard responses, and simple workflows) and prepare them for use by the team.
  • You will develop recommendations on how we can improve the speed and consistency of our customer-facing communications (quotes, emails, status updates)—including templates, prompts, and best practices.
  • You will assist in creating simple prototypes (prompts, AI-powered assistants, automation flows) and document your results in a clear and understandable way for the team.

FOR THIS WE OFFER

  • A firsthand look at a B2B agency’s transformation toward AI-powered, efficient processes with a tangible impact on the team and our clients.
  • A high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to contribute and test your own ideas.
  • Flexible working hours that fit well with your studies, and optional remote work days.
  • A small, friendly team, quick decision-making, and an open culture of feedback.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You are a currently matriculated student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration with a focus on digital technology, or a comparable program, and you have at least one year of study remaining.
  • For you, AI is a tool, not just a buzzword: You’ve already worked with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar applications, and you enjoy trying out new tools.
  • You enjoy analyzing workflows, thinking in terms of process steps, and systematically identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • It would be ideal if you have some experience with automation or no-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) or with a programming language like Python or JavaScript—not required, but a plus.
  • You work independently, are reliable, and have strong communication skills in German; you’re not afraid to interview colleagues and present your findings concisely and clearly.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Working hours: 12–20 hours per week (by arrangement).
  • Location: Fürth / Remote (hybrid).
  • Start date: immediately or by arrangement.
  • Compensation: based on qualifications and academic progress
