Bosch Rexroth AG is a global brand from control technology to mobile hydraulics. A dense network of Certified Excellence Partners (CE) ensures that industrial customers of all sizes receive optimum local support. Now it was time to achieve this “excellence” also in terms of awareness. Therefore, on the one hand, the campaign was to deepen the relationship of the end customers to the partners – and at the same time create a communication channel in which the Certified Excellence Partners can present themselves exclusively.

SOLUTION

A campaign that focuses on humorously depicted situations between customers and CE partners – in fresh, colloquial dialogs taken from life. This makes this communication tailor-made for the LinkedIn business platform. The short social media videos direct viewers to the Bosch Rexroth landing page. There, they can find not only information, but also a nearby partner for their specific needs.

RESULT

The humorous posts generated a lot of positive engagement and were clearly enjoyed by the viewers. The double impact: more public awareness of the partners – and a welcome opportunity for them to get actively involved themselves by sharing and commenting. At the same time, the campaign shows Bosch Rexroth as an authentic, accessible brand – and conveys a clear message between the lines: “With our partners, we are there for our customers.
